Paranis completed extensive renovations resulting in this warm, well-lit gourmet kitchen, including the backsplash, counters, cupboards, floor and ceiling pot lights. Their expertise carried into the adjoining family room, where Paranis continued the floor, created the fireplace wall and installed ceiling pot lights to create a classically beautiful but cozy and comfortable family space.
In addition to this roomy window-filled addition—complete with extended basement foundation—that almost doubled the space of the original house, Paranis gave this home a new roof, oversaw new landscaping and also created this versatile outdoor living space that gave the homeowner a perfect place to greet the morning or end the day.
