Paranis completed some essential renovations and upgrades to this home, including repairing the foundation, replacing the siding, roof, soffits, and windows and also adding a new garage. The new design and natural feel was continued to the back yard living space, where Paranis created a split-level and spacious outdoor lounge area. The main patio space is framed by a landscaped retaining wall and is partially sheltered by a pergola, which offers off-the-kitchen entertaining and lounging space. A secondary lawn-level patio provides a more private and cozy space since the retaining wall landscaping surrounds it with greenery.
